How does the directory work?
The directory provides a list of your plan’s providers who have agreed to give you your health care coverage. You may visit any of the providers included in the directory.
MMM Healthcare’s service area includes every town in Puerto Rico. If you’ve been visiting a plan provider, you’re not required to keep seeing that same provider.
By your coverage type
HMO
You choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from the directory. Your PCP coordinates your care and starts referrals to other network providers as you need them.
PPO
You don’t need to choose a PCP. You can visit contracted and non-contracted providers; visiting a non-contracted one may cost more, except in emergencies.
How to search online?

Open the directory
Click “Search providers” and then “Continue to Provider Directory”.

Choose your plan
Under “Product Name”, choose the name of your MMM plan.

Search providers
Under “Doctors and Health Professionals”, choose the specialty or type the name. Use Advanced Search to filter by hospital, language, gender and more.

Search pharmacies
Under “Medical Facilities” select “Pharmacy”, enter your area or ZIP code and filter by pharmacy type.
